| Clissold Court is an Art Deco estate of three storey flats in Stoke Newington, situated at the north west corner of Clissold Park and Green Lanes, London. Built in 1935, designed by architects Howes and Jackson (who also designed the Phoenix cinema in Finchley) and retaining all the original external features, the flats are now part of a London Borough of Hackney conservation area. The estate freehold is held by the Freshwater group of companies and the residents are a mix of tenants and leaseholders.
